It's the most popular complete UI set but don't let that stop you from checking out some of the other fine mods here.

Just pay attention to the last update dates. SOE is changing the interface regularly and the older some mods are the less likely it is that they are still going to work.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
