UI builder and ROK

I dont know why i bothered to try it but doesnt function in vista64bit not sure about the 32 bit vista. It will load but that seems to be about it. It either locks up or i cant edit anything which really sucks even though i mostly edit in the xml file but i still like to have a graphical representation of what things are looking like without having to load it into the game until im ready. Guess its a good thing i have duel boot system most of my editing will have to be done on my xp boot.
