UI builder and ROK

I'll look into the run mode problem. Honestly I never use it, and haven't made any changes to it, but its possible something happened inadvertently. Since UI Builder shares some of the same code as the game client, its also possible that a change made to the game could have caused it, and it was just never caught in UI Builder.
