Offpeak Players and SPAM flooding

I know what you mean, but those characters are just throw-aways...I imagine their average life span is maybe 15 minutes, if even that long.

It just seems like an awful lot of effort to go through to ignore a character that you'll never hear from again after that first /tell.

(Ok, sometimes you'll get two /tells from the same character, usually within minutes of each other, but I can count on one hand the number of times that's happened to me personally.)
