Chat Filter

Dear Developers,

First of all thanks for all your efforts so far, I've been enjoying these interfaces since launch, and they still rock!

I would like to request a chat filter, mainly to prevent platfarmer spams. Maybe its possible to filter text against a word or something, or make it the same color against similar color background or whatever... but I want to get rid of it.

just use /anon and ppl will stop spamming your chat with plat sales.

Yes this is a good idea except I have noticed these perps log off quickly. /report them and hopefully the account gets baned so they cant keep deleting and creating new characters.

Just remember that everytime you /report <playername> you must also /petition or else nothing will happen and the /report goes unread.

I read on the official forums that "/report Character short note" will work, rather than having to go through the /petition process. My /reports usually consist of "/report Character plat seller." From my understanding, it will get the point across.

If that doesn't actually work, then oh well...I get several plat /tells a night, and if I /petitioned every one of them, it would cut a chunk out of my gameplay that I'm not usually willing to sacrifice.
