a little help for a noob, please :)

ok, used remove programs to remove the custom ui, uninstalled then reinstalled eq2, updated etc....only to find exactly the same problem...deadbeat is irremovable, LOl...

so...how does one get rid of his files? Sorry deadbeat - it looked great but now all it does is crash and I can;t seem to shift you, so to speak. I did try the adding of the lines posted in another thread, but that didn;t work either. So, please, how do I do a complete clean of your files?
