The problem I have with using the version number versus the current LU is that some mods have no need of updating after every update. My quantity selector mod is like this, I created it after LU12, and have never needed to update it. (though I recently did make some cosmetic changes to it)
About having an Outdated Mods section, how would it work? I would not expect a site admin to have to go through and test every mod for compatability, and if the modder no longer does any coding, how would those mods get moved.
Also, if a modder came back after his mod was moved, would they be able to update it and get it moved back to the correct section again?
