A problem I'm experiences with my secondary chat window....

If I'd like to scroll back thru the chat history to catch something I may have missed, I like to use the up/down arrow at each end of the scroll bar. For some reason, when I hover over the scroll bar, then move upward to the up-arrow, the arrow turns into the close window 'X'.

The scroll bar, itself, is not sensitive enough to scroll up only a couple chat lines, so being able to hit the up arrow is important

I suspect this problem may be because my chat window is not larger vertically. Could this be the case. Is there a minimum practical up/down size for the chat window?

Just wondering if this is a known issue, or a limitation of making UI windows with scroll bars.

That happens when you have no tabs in the window, I'll have to fix that.
