inventory window problem

I'm using ProfitUI on all of my toons, and I really love it. On all of my toons except 2, when I hit "I" to open the inventory, all of my equipment and bags show, and my toons picture is in the middle. On my 2 problem children, there is no picture in the middle. I have no idea what I did, but how would I get them to behave as the others do?
