GU39 change to IconBanks?

I'm starting to wonder whether SOE didn't change something about IconBanks with GU39 after all - I'm suddenly seeing threads about difficulties with moving/resizing bags and hotbars with various mods on the forums here.

I was too lazy so far to test this out on a GU39 enabled live server so far (and UK servers are still at GU38 and I have no issues there). So did anybody else test this or are all the problems just user error (as most of the time)?

well can post some SS's of what i have noticed myself as far as hotbars go i use Fetish UI.

this was done on a new toon no servername_toonname_eq2_uisettings.ini file was loaded was just what the game created.

all SS's where taken after i doubled check to make sure the window was not locked or didn't have click through checked also

Screen Shot 1 Pre LU 39 would be able to move the hotbar from their but after LU 39 you can no longer do that and it is the iconbank

Screen Shot 2 also Pre LU 39 would have been able to move it like it is but again unable to since LU 39

Screen Shot 3 no change for the spinner bank as far as moving the hotbars go still

Screen Shot 4 showing back grounds via F 10 key window was unlocked but sadly iconbank doesn't allow the hotbar to be moved as it did before LU 39.

I just hopped onto a GU39 enabled server and I can confirm that IconBank behaviour changed with GU39, for example my bags cannot be grabbed for resizing anymore.

I don't feel like testing this in detail right now but I will post an update once I did.

I think this may have to do with/is related to "fixing" the issue of grabbing the wrong inventory item.
