EQ2 Map Updater Errors!!

Hi all I am having some trouble getting my maps to update. This is a recent problem and cant figure it out. I uninstalled and reinstalled eq2 maps as well as .net here are some screen shots of the error message I am getting. Hope someone can help! Thanks....

Having this problem as well, per the FAQ, I checked my .net Framework and it's completely up to date (1 and 2). Any other ideas?
