Maps have no markings

I was having a problem with EQ2Map not showing any points of interest so I uninstalled it and then re-installed it and downloaded all new maps.

Yet I still have the same problem. The map shows up, but there are no dots on it saying where people, quests, etc are. Noting, just the map.

Also, I don't seem to have a map for the Thieve's Way. Is there not one for it?

There should be a "+ in a box" in the upper-left corner of the map area. Clicking this will show a list of checkboxes. Toggle the checks on and off. Does that do anything?

It looks like it's not installed correctly. Do you have any other UI mods running? If so, what folder do you have them in? The "UI Directory" field in the Auto-updater's Options window needs to be set to that folder.

OK, it looks like EQ2Map was not running. I nuked my eq2.ini file and rebuilt it. The problem is now resolved.
