parse/parche?

i cant remember what it was called, but i was in a group the other day and this player had something that told the "parse" or stats if you will of each of us. it looked something like---11000/25, 1523/25, etc
the user said it was called "act" (i think) and have searched for it everywhere. what it seems to do is show all the damage that each player does, including a conjies pet. so...where do i find one?
