Mouse wheel scroll hotkey
Mouse wheel scrolls hotkey bar(S).
"X"button activates. Starts on first hotkey, giving that hotkey some sort of visual confirmation, i.e. highlighting it, or blinking etc. Then mouse wheel to go back and forth. Second "X" button initaties the cast, or cancels the cast. And then the first "X" button releases mouse wheel from hot keybar.
I see it as possible. It requires the graphics, modified keymap file, where the Z axis has double function but on a tier of priority, then finally some UI work.
Maybe someone already did it? But I haven't ever heard or seen it for EQII.
