Do you get this every time? Sometimes you may by chance try to update at the same time as many others do and it times out. In this case all you need to to is retry.

If you get it every time, then you need to check your firewall or what not settings.

A multitude of things could cause this error really. You ISP's backbone connection being down, a down steam round flaking out, plus many more. If you can access this site then odds are the issue isn't here but on your end.
