Simple Player Window

Hi!
I am looking for some kind of player window like the one used in the Profit UI Reborn (last version) but...

...only the name (above) with the 3 bars (health, power, concentration) and the numbers IN THE PROFIT UI STYLE
...and without all the stuff around it (like xp, coin, etc.).

Is it some1 able to create such a player window? Think there would be a demand on this!

Maybe some1 could just edit the Profit UI Player window?? I tried it but I didnt manage it with UI Builder
