Maintainted/effects window with mouseover descriptions?

After downloading a few of the maintained/effects windows, i noticed none of them will let me mouseover an effect and have the detail show up, I have to hit examine.

Are there any out there right now that a)can be displayed vertically b)show effect name/duration and c) allow mouseover details.
