A map mod with no frames please

I like most of the map mods here. but i would like something a little different.
No frames would be great! Just the map, name of zone, fog on/off tick, waypoint thingy (so i type my own way points) and a close button. All of this at the top of the map in a small frame box with defalt background. The frame no wider then the map and the rest of the map frameless.
I know what i want from it, as u can see. But every time i try to make it for some reason it doesnt work. If some one could slap one together for me i would be forever gratful.
