Doesnt work... It did before???

I have uninstalled and redownloaded it and still nothing... Is there something I must do to make the maps updated??? It loads and everything, but shows the default map as if I have never loaded the maps? I am lost and need some guidance please. I have read through everything relatively current but my search revealed nothing. Please help...
