Spellbook image help please

I'm trying to modify my knowledge window and need somebody to help me with a few images since I don't have anything to modify images with. I'd like to combine the tk_crusader_spellbook page image with the dragon. I prettymuch don't want the framing graphics around the icons since I wanna put the icons in groups of 3's. This is because the crafting buffs/reactions are in groups of 3's, not 4's or 2's. Thanks a lot in advance.
