Default Keeping track of people (Karma/Blacklist)

Other than keeping a notebook full of names, has anyone come up with a way to keep track of people (and how much you like/dislike them) in EQ2? This could be an actual addon, an out of game program, or any useful way of keeping notes on individuals.

Is the in-game friends list still limited to 100 people?

I have no idea if it is, but that would be an acceptable method since it does have an option for notes. I wonder if I'm able to disable the notifications tho.. I'll check that out later
