cant install the updater cant get profit to install

ive tried every thing i can think of and many have tried in game to help me but still cant install profit ui reborn i get all way to the page that seems to be a java page and there a yellow button to install the patcher ever time i push it i get a error message patcher cant be installed ive down loaded java several time to to avail. any sugestions
