General Suggestion: Shrink/Expand onhover

I really like some of the mods on here that shrink window sizes to 3/4. Sometimes, however, my eyesight needs the windows to return to their original size. As a general suggestion, would it be possible to add a button or an onhover resize event (which would be nice for bag windows)? If so, would anyone else find this idea useful?
