Spell Gems

I've looked and cannot find (or maybe just can not see) any info on reskinning spell gems. I remember way back in the day in EQ I had a spell gem mod more suited to my class. Is there, or can there be, anything like that in EQ2?

Well, all of the spell icons can be found in .\EverQuest 2\UI\Default\images\icons\icon_ss??.dds, so if you edit those and put them in the proper folder structure in a custom UI folder, you should be able to mod them. I guess no one bothered because most of them are diverse enough and there are like 26 files.
