Who's Chat UI is this?

Anyone know who the author is of this chat ui? And can anyone check it to see what is missing if anything?

I am using it now and all seems to work. The problem I am having is, when I open an examine window of any item and left click the picture within that window it does not place a link to the chat bar, in my chat window. I have deleted the fetish exam xml file and using the default, thinking that was the problem, but it is still not working. So maybe it is the chat ui that needs to be modified, but I do not know enough to do it myself.

Whatever the problem is it is unrelated to the chat (if you can otherwise chat with it

Normally you have to shift+click to get the link, perhaps it was the Fetish examine window that made it so shift wasn't needed and that's what was broken on yours. I've always had to shift+click, but then I've never tried Fetish

Well, I know on test server all you do is left click it and it goes. But on test I use only default ui, except for profit market ui. Not sure what else to try.
