Tablest II ERROR

[Arsenic]

When I try to load the UI, it gives me this error in the UI.log in my folder.
UI log shows a "Encountered data outside of container tags" error.
Is this something in the code I have to fix.
Otherwise the UI is not working for me at all.
Please help and thanks.
