Can a target/implied ring be made with this?

I am an AVID BoSox fan. Yet I am not that good at using .dds files and graphic programs. I would like to request that one of the other authors create a target and implied target ring for me using the image posted.
Basically looking to see the con colors appear as the baseball. ie: the baseball changes color as per the con.

If you can, thank you in advance!!!

I have the pic in .gif format, but I can provide a .dds format or any other if needed.

Oh gods, I beg all you UI authors....don't make a ring out of that god awful logo, it will curse the whole game starting with the client it's installed on, and then spread like a virus to the servers then to everyone elses client...Well, at least the clients of those people that aren't protected by being fans of a REAL winning team and not some silly stocking wearing beaners....

of course I am referring to the team that has won 26 World Series and 39 American League Pennants...

If you're gonna make a target ring out of a teams logo, you might as well use a successful team, right?

edit: Sorry for being off-topic, but then, it's really not, b/c everyone knows that if you bring up the Red Sox, you're opening yourself to ridicule

Nope, not a typo...GU35 was when custom target rings were implemented, so all my rings are labeled "GU35+ Compatible."

I like listing a compatibility in case someone comes across them down the line and wonders if they're still usable. This label means that they've been usable since GU35 and will continue to be usable for the forseeable future.
