Default Browser Bookmarks - can't keep them in sight

I know I'm supposed to move mouse cursor straight down the slider, but even when I do that, the bookmarks at the bottom of the page disappear before I can get my mouse there to click on them. These are the bookmarks that I need to use the slider on to see, the other ones are a little touchy but I can usually get to them. I'm sure there's something I am not doing correctly but I've tried it over and over and I cannot get it to work...Help Please!!

just don't move your mouse outside of the area of the dropdown and it will stay open for as long as you want

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.

I know this sounds stupid, but if I don't mouse out of the area of the dropdown, how do I click on a bookmark?

I mean the area of the dropped down dropdown, ie including the part that drops down
