Group Options grayed out

I recently moved from Fetish to ProfitReborn. Love the interface so far but am having a problem with the group window. I used to use my lower level alts on another account to mentor to do lower level quests and help level them. However I can't seem to get the full listing of group options to come up, everything is greyed out. Main problem that this causes is I cannot mentor any longer if I am not nearby in the same zone. Anyone have a suggestion? And yes, I am right clicking on the persons name in the group window.

It's like that with every interface, even the default, and nothing I can do about it.
