We have confirmed here that the issue is with the Kunark and Faydwer Expert Recognition collections. I believe as well that the real problem is faulty highlighting of collected items. This is an issue I have seen intermittently with these collections and a few others as I recall. Items are correctly added to collections but the collections window fails to highlight some items correctly. I don't know if this issue appears in the default UI. I don't recall seeing support questions about it in the SOE forums. I putting this out so folks can be aware of it and possibly get enough info to confirm what I've seen.
