Quick cure button problem

I am a recent Convert from ProfitUI and this is the one major complaint i have about drums. In profit as a healer you could click anywhere in the dets and it would cast your cure spell you did not have to be precise. I sometimes have to click upto 3 times to get the cure or curse spell to fire off (no im not clicking to fast and canceling my spell cast) it is simply just not firing the macro to cure. Also there is an option for smart curing. when i unckeck this box and click in on a det or curse place holder nothing happens, shouldn't the spell fire off if this option is turned off?
