broken cancel_spellcast on click cure?

I think that /cancel_spellcast is not work in Click Cure if changes the line 4 of _ProfitUI_Cures.txt as follows.

<Data Name="CancelSpellcast" Value="true"/>

I remember, as functioned correctly once.
can I get help about this problem?
