Logging out just goes to char select

I am SO annoyed by this! I swap characters around all day and, with ProfitUI's login, never had to jump out and back in. I wonder why they decided to change it. I'm willing to bet it's just something that got messed up and they don't know how to fix it.

Is there any fix in the works or are we stuck now having to leave the game and log back in to switch accounts?
