Scroll-less chat windows for tabbed chat

I'm having the same problem with the disappearing chat on background tabs. I'm not using this mod, though. I'm using a similar one that has the scrollbars on it. I think it's this one: http://www.eq2interface.com/download...fo.php?id=3281 by Deathbane27.

I also downloaded Tonyis3l33t's chat mod at the same time though, and I'm not sure which one I ended up having active: http://www.eq2interface.com/download...fo.php?id=3429

Unless all of you are making the same change that causes the problem, I'd go with the "It's SOE's fault" excuse.
