You file is hidden. Go to Tools Folder Options View and check show hidden files and folders. Also load java panel and select network connections use direct connection. And last but not least make clear your temporary files from the cache. Admin problems are my least favorite because even though people say they are running as admin most the time they aren't. Hence I just tell them to turn the UAC off completly. Its a failsafe for people who don't know what not to click most the time anyway
