Detrimental window with click to examine and stretchable Examine window

Also I would love a user-resizable examine window (the one that displays the detriment details). The raid dots and effects have huge descriptions nowdays, with different damage ranges for frontal, rear, and then 3 distances etc. Even worse if the effect is a dot, as all that info will be included twice. We can already scroll the window, but it'd help a lot if we could increase the window size too.

Attached is my work-in-progress examine window. The Examine Effect window will go the full length of the screen, anything higher and it will be cut off, but like I said it's a work in progress
