Background of Dressing Room Window - Back to Blue?

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to change the background of the dressing room window back to blue? It doesn't seem to be controlled by any .dds or xml file that I can find. What am I overlooking or is it impossible?

As far as I can tell, the Paperdoll element is controlled by the server, including the background color.

Would love to be able to change it back to the blue background as well. I don't know why they made the background this murky brownish red. The contrast was better with the blue background. Just changing things for the sake of changes things I guess =x

tried to change it too but no chance. couldnt find any image file for it.
