there is already an official release for the persona window on the updater. As for the bottom bar as I stated there is too many variations of this file. There are a 4 or 5 screen size variants and theres also the personal edited versions everyone uses. As you state there are ways to add the values in.
As for making them official I don't know how gm9 ever did his stuff and not sure what Silat is doing besides keeping the UI functional between updates. I don't think theres anything at this time that needs to be added into the UI as per say official part of as the UI functions fine and there is the configurable bottom bar file which is in the forums that others can edit to make work for what they want displayed.
