Bring up the options dialog from the button described above (shows when hovering the raid or group window).

You put in commands just like you could type in-game, but without the slashes.

Click edit next to Button 1 and use this code to assist:
assist SELECTED

Click edit next to Button 2 and use this code for Lay On Hands (if that's what the ability name is:
useabilityonplayer SELECTED Lay On Hands
