Disappearing threat window

After the update, the threat window is invisible. I can rclick & tell it's still there, but I can't make it visible. However when a fight starts, it will sporadically appear & disappear throughout the fight & disappear entirely after the fight is over.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thats by design, they changed it to hide if not in combat etc

the problem is, that it keeps disappearing DURING combat as well.
