Mini Harvesting Skill Window

Previously this wasn't possible because the gamedata was not exposed for us to play with. I wonder however if with the new ontextchange if we can now do exactly this.

I haven't looked into the details of how ontextchange works. Perhaps one of the guys that's played with it can figure out an easy way or could point me in the right direction?
