For French server

With cl_language english in eq2.ini (ACT users):

Your location is 1,022.77, -0.80, -369.91. Your orientation is 143.65, 0.00, 0.00

Without cl_language english in eq2.ini :

Votre position est 1 022,77, -0,80, -369,91. Votre orientation est 143,65, 0,00, 0,00
