Tried few versions of txt, tried it on Win XP (w/ net framework 2.0) and Vista (w / net framework 3.5 SP1) but always getting the same text message.
I replaced all files as mentioned in install notes, updated ProfitUI (those files that are to be ignored didn't show up at update), using map updater v1.2.3.

My first guess is that you're not in the correct folder.
_ProfitUI_QuickRaidButtons.txt is in the text box by default. You will need to be in the
EQ2\UI\ProfitUI folder before you hit open.
If you're still having difficulty what are the steps you go though before you hit 'Open' in the open file window
