My patch was undoing the change I did yesterday and after which many people complained about broken subclass detection. Now I made another change trying to fix your issue. The problem is that all version I uploaded so far worked just fine for me, so I am completely in the dark as to what may be wrong. Meh.

EDIT: Actually I uploaded yet another, better change right now. If the window still shows you must either have corrupt uisettings.ini or I just don't get it.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
