Is there a way to make the Detrimental icons bigger??

In ProfitUI they are freely configurable, but if you want a standalone mod just let me know the icon size you want and I'll upload it for you. that's easy enough.

Yes, and there is also a slider, but some people use other UIs.

because you didn't post in the ProfitUI forums. Also you are told that in the tooltip of the slider.
