Returning to game - code questions

Greetings All - I've recently returned to EQ2 after a 1.5 year break - I've resurrected my old UI project and have been searching through all the UI changes that have happened since I left - but still have a couple questions - hoping someone can answer them for me :

1. can a checkbox now save its state on logout ?
2. can info from the group window be moved to another window and still function ?

both of these things were impossible when I left - are they still ?

Unless I'm mistaken, yes. I know name and detrimental effects can be anyway.

HP and power of groupmembers can be used on other windows as well.
