Buff timer/maintained disappeared

Not sure how it happened but i cannot get the buff timer/maintained spell bar to come back. It ran down the left hand side. I have included a picture and circled in red what is missing. Thanks in advance for the help

If I remember correctly the short cut key to the maintained window is either cntl-m or alt-m. Have you tried one of those. You can look up the key in the options menu.

It is Alt-M.

You may actually have it up, just have it scrolled way down so you can't see your spells. I've done this one using my mouse wheel trying to zoom in on my char in 3rd person, but had the cursor over my maintained spell window.
