I did convert the spell table database into SQL a while ago with an intention of creating a standalone configurator program, but I have not yet started with the coding and my current work schedule won't allow me to start with this anytime soon. Same reason why interface development is pretty much on hold atm.

I'm hacking on a simple command-line C++ program to generate the macro config XML from CSV text files. I've been looking at expanding it to have a file or files with all the spell lines for each class, so the per-class config files could just name button number, spell line name and tooltip text and the program could fill in the exact spells and levels. Only problem is the program's not GUI-enabled in any way and never will be (writing the GUI part's a lot of work, and with level detection I rarely re-run the program after I've generated the XML).
