Default Multi-Core Not Supported

As far as I can tell, Everquest II does not make use of multiple core processors. I recently upgraded my machine to a dual core and when I check the processes I find Everquest maxing out one core to 100% while the other core goes essentially unused. Would you know if Sony has any plans of properly supporting multi-core systems?

When I try to run other applications that do make use of multi-core setups I find that program being throttled because the core that is running Everquest has no resources available or the program regularly crashes because it needs balanced core loads.

It's just bad advice to suggest that someone upgrade to a multi-core system to increase performance when the game itself does not support multi-core processing.
