Lost the Start button bar

Since the update on all of my toon's I've lost the bar to get to the browser, pet hide ect. I used to be able to toggle Alt-X twice to make it appear if it was gone but that is not working either. Any ideas? Also the Pet options window will not appear when I click the button on the pet window.

I think the default key for toggling it is Alt-~ (Alt-X is the XP window), but you can also type /togglestartbutton. I changed nothing with that window btw, so no idea why it would suddenly be hidden.

Either your server does not have GU42 yet or you have old files, in which case I'll refer you to the red line in my sig.
